Last week Maestro Pablo Urbina received the news of his nomination to the V Navarra TV Awards, in the category of Cultural Value. He compites in this category with the composer and saxophonist Pedro Iturralde and with the festivity of “The King of the Faba”.
The award gala will take place at the end of November in the Baluarte Auditorium of Pamplona. About this nomination, Pablo has said:
“It gives me great joy to receive this nomination in the land that saw my first steps in this wonderful world of classical music; a place that has always supported me and in which I have my roots, my family and friends. To be nominated alongside a musicians of the statue of Pedro Iturralde is a huge honour, and I want to thank Navarra TV and its audience for their support. Regardless of the end results, this nomination is already an award to me, and it gives me lots of energy to continue to work with the same happiness and effort I have been doing up to this moment, in these difficult times when we must promote the need for culture and music in our society”.
